Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

We do NOT accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any items.  All items are handmade  and meant to be personal gifts for you or your loved ones so each item is checked carefully for quality before being shipped to you.  There may be slight variations in color based on lighting or monitors and some patterns may vary from the photo shown.  Please review all items before ordering.  

If you receive an item you feel is faulty please contact us at shoplavenderhydrangea@gmail.com within three (3) days with your order number, and a photo of the problem and we will work with you to make it right.   

CANCELLATIONS:

Please contact us within three (3) hours of placing your order to cancel.  After that time your order will be placed in the processing que.
