Refund policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS:

We will accept returns under the following conditions:

Return must be requested within three (3)) days of delivery based on the tracking confirmation. 

Items must be unused and in its original condition and all packaging must be included with the return.

There should be no stains, odors, or damage.  If the item has been used or altered   then we cannot accept the return and a refund will not be issued.

 Include your order number with a brief description of the issue or problem.  

 A few photos of the item and the packing box/materials if the item arrived damaged or defective,  

Once your return has been approved we will let you know how to return the items and packaging if an exchange or replacement are not an option.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs with a tracking number. Once we receive the item and verify the problem if a refund is granted you will be refunded to your original form of payment . 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right and as pain free as possible for you.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

Please contact us within three (3) hours of placing your order to cancel.  After that time your order will have been placed in the processing que.
